Lock scope, settle deposit, and activate your private Client Portal.

We believe in total commercial transparency with zero surprise invoices. Once you review and approve the proposal, we issue an official SARS 15% VAT tax invoice (`MOS-xxxx`) for the 50% milestone deposit. Upon deposit settlement via FNB EFT or PayFast, we provision your private Client Portal workspace (`app.mmso.co.za/portal`) where you can track engineering milestones in real-time.

Test the live staging deployment and submit consolidated feedback.

You receive access to the live staging deployment to test the user experience on your phone, tablet, and laptop. We include two structured, consolidated revision rounds. You submit feedback directly through your Client Portal, and Mosaic executes all requested copy, image, and layout adjustments within the agreed scope.

What We Need from You:
  • Consolidated revision feedback via Client Portal revision form
  • Testing of WhatsApp routing links, forms, and payment checkouts
  • Final verification of pricing menus, phone numbers, and address details

Launch Day & 14-Day Warranty

Final Settlement, DNS Cutover & Codebase Transfer

Production launch, Google Search Console indexing, and full code ownership transfer.

Upon settlement of the final 50% balance, we execute DNS cutover to link your live domain (`.co.za` or `.com`), provision SSL certificates (HTTPS / TLS 1.3), submit your XML sitemap to Google Search Console, and transfer 100% intellectual property, domain delegation, and codebase assets to you with our 14-day warranty.

  • Settlement of final 50% invoice balance
  • Authorization for DNS cutover to production servers

How long does a website take from start to finish?

Launch Pages generally take 7–10 working days. Multi-page Business Websites take 2–4 weeks, Booking Websites take 3–5 weeks, and Ecommerce Stores take 4–6 weeks once content and 50% deposit are confirmed.

What happens if I need extra revisions beyond the included rounds?

Our two included revision rounds are structured to capture all feedback. If you require substantial new pages or additional custom feature scope, we quote the extra items transparently before proceeding.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept direct Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) to our First National Bank (FNB) Current Account, as well as Visa, Mastercard, Instant EFT, and Capitec Pay online via PayFast.

Do I have to host with Mosaic Studio after launch?

No. While 90%+ of our clients choose our managed cloud retainers (starting from R450/m) for hands-off peace of mind, you own your code and can host it independently on your own Vercel, Netlify, or AWS account.

Can you redesign an existing slow or broken website without losing Google rank?

Yes. We map and execute 301 server redirects for all existing URLs, preserve your search equity, and rebuild the frontend on Next.js 16 for sub-second Core Web Vitals performance.
